These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradersAbyss ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TradersAbyss website and platform located at tradersabyss.com ("the Services").
We provide an AI-powered trading dashboard that you can use to journal trades, analyze performance, manage risk, and receive personalized AI coaching. The Services are intended for your personal use only.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
To access the Services you must register for an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. At the end of the free trial period, your account will not be automatically charged. Access to paid features will be suspended until you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. No payment information is required to start a free trial.
Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our payment processor, Stripe.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription through the billing portal, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. We are not obligated to provide refunds for partial billing periods or for subscription fees already paid.
You agree not to use the Services to:
The Services allow you to upload and submit content including CSV files, trade data, notes, journal entries, and images ("User Content").
Your ownership. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
License to us. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Removal. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate.
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including Stripe (payment processing) and SnapTrade (broker connections). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, AI models, and algorithms — are owned by TradersAbyss and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our express written permission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Not financial advice. Nothing on TradersAbyss constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All tools, analytics, and AI-generated content are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit. We will cover arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that proceed in court shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where TradersAbyss operates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account from [email protected] before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Sections 9 through 13 survive termination of these Terms.
